Stephen Thompson

Bass

Music has played a major role in shaping Stephenʼs life, from his youth in Prince Edward Island, where he sang with his parents and three siblings at community events, church services and family functions. As an original member of the Confederation Centre Boysʼ Choir, he traveled extensively throughout North America. Wherever his work as a Chemical Engineer has taken him, Stephen has made time for music, including playing trumpet in high school/university and with the Fredericton Concert and Marching Band, and singing with Dartmouthʼs Bel Canto, Sarniaʼs Art Christmas Aggregation Theatrical Group, Bridgewaterʼs South Shore Chorale, the Bedford Singers and his ultimate favorite group, Nova Voce, of which he has been a member since inception. As William Shakespeare said, “If music be the food of love, play on!” Enjoy the performance and thank you for supporting male choral singing!
